At Hayat's Lucknowi, we strive to ensure your handcrafted Chikankari garments are perfect, but if you are not satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a refund or size swap.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery to submit your return or exchange request with your order ID.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, pack the garment securely in its original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a brief on-spot check before pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your shipping address within 24-48 hours of the request approval for all domestic orders.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5 business days.
